The Arctic Fox survives winter by planning ahead, and so do we. Each visit follows a checklist built for your equipment, and we tell you about anything that needs attention before it turns into a service call.
Worn parts get replaced on your schedule, not in the middle of a Friday rush.
Clean coils and the correct charge let the system run shorter, more efficient cycles.
Compressors and fans last longer when they are not working against dirt and heat.
Stable temperatures protect product and help you pass health inspections.
Planned visits make repair costs easier to budget.
Notes from every visit help with warranties, inspections and planning.
Three set plans plus a custom option, each priced for the equipment on your site. Tell us what you have and we will send a proposal with your options side by side.
Preventative and Proactive plans include priority scheduling over non-maintenance customers for emergency repairs (standard emergency rates apply). Proactive and Performance plans include the labour and material cost of replacing belts and filters. Performance also includes labour and materials for planned replacement of moving and maintainable components, and on most contracts it includes emergency repairs. Your proposal confirms exactly what is covered. Custom plans are priced to the visits and coverage you choose. Additional labour and parts are billed at standard rates.
